Our Internal Recruiting department is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join the team!
In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization while helping support and strengthen Johnson Service Group’s culture and long-term growth. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring leaders, develop creative sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting great people with meaningful career opportunities.
Our current pay range is $50-57K.

Talent Acquisition Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain engaging and accurate job descriptions for internal openings
- Post and manage open positions across multiple recruiting platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing channels
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within our CRM/ATS, Bullhorn
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with position requirements
- Conduct comprehensive phone screenings to evaluate candidate experience, skills, and cultural fit
- Prepare detailed candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring manager review
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for internal positions from intake meetings through offer stage and onboarding support
- Partner directly with managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruitment priorities
- Provide market insight and recruiting trends to help teams remain competitive in attracting top talent
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Utilize creativity, initiative, and resourcefulness to overcome recruiting challenges and meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- 0-3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience
- Strong interest in recruiting and willingness to learn different roles, skillsets, and industries
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated team player with a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications; ATS/CRM experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
