Job Description

Johnson Service Group is looking for a Staffing Operations Coordinator (Employee Service Representative) to undertake all clerical duties and become a valuable member of our team.

Staffing Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Answer and route phone calls.
  • Make photocopies, prepare correspondence, and perform other clerical functions.
  • Provide customer service by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Performs time collection and data entry.
  • Assist with processing and documenting personnel changes and terminations.
  • Maintain and prepare employee files.
  • Complete onboarding process.
  • Submit online requests and assists with background checks/drug screenings for new hires.
  • Responsible for verifying Form I9 compliance and E Verify checks
  • Assist branch office with research, reports, supply ordering, and special projects as requested.

Staffing Operations Coordinator Skills/Qualifications:
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Highly effective communication skills, both orally and written
  • Must be highly professional and efficient with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with clients and consultants regarding several different items, including payroll/timekeeping, paperwork, etc.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organization
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under time constraints, maintain composure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Use of good judgment and ability to identify potential issues
  • Must enjoy working as part of a team.

Education and Work Experience:
  • Minimum of an associate degree.
  • 3+ years' payroll or administrative experience
