Employee Service Representative (Onboarding)

Job Description
Johnson Service Group is looking for an Employee Service Representative (Onboarding) to undertake all onboarding duties and become a valuable member of our team.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A qualified Employee Service Representative should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Make photocopies, faxes documentation, prepare correspondence, and perform other clerical functions.
- Provide customer service by answering employee requests and questions.
- Assist with processing and documenting personnel changes and terminations.
- Maintain and prepare employee files.
- Complete onboarding process and new hire orientation.
- Submit online requests and assists with background checks/drug screenings for new hires.
- Responsible for verifying Form I?9 compliance, EVerify, and Form I?9 binder maintenance.
- Assist branch office with research, reports, duties, and special projects as requested.
- Assisting with payroll and time collection when needed
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have computer skills and the ability to learn.
- Experience with DocuSign would be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Detail oriented, sense of urgency, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal/written skills and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Must have the ability to manage processes and analyze information.
Education and Work Experience:
- Minimum of an associate degree.
- 3+ years’ of onboarding or administrative experience
