Job Description
Johnson Service Group is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team! You will be responsible for developing relationships with candidates and partnering with our clients to provide dynamic recruitment services.Â
Our recruiters work closely with the sales team to understand a client's culture, job requirements, and business relationship with JSG. As the main point of contact with candidates, our recruiters also build relationships with them to discover additional hiring opportunities.
JSG’s recruiters are compensated with base, plus uncapped commission!

Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Recruiting candidates using a wealth of resources (LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Bullhorn, etc.)Â
- Discovering, qualifying, and establishing relationships with candidatesÂ
- Clearly communicating job responsibilities, company culture and operations, and community to candidatesÂ
- Crafting a comprehensive verbal and written summary to accompany candidate submittals to the Business Development Manager
- Scheduling interviews and liaising between the candidate and Business Development ManagerÂ
- Performing reference checks on candidates prior to hireÂ
- Consistently updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to reflect current candidate information, activity records and interview summariesÂ
- Passion for recruitment, researching, analyzing, and presenting hiring reports / statistics to management
Technical Recruiter Qualifications:
- A University Degree combined with experience working in an agency fast-paced environment
- 3-5 years recruiting experience, preferably in Technical skillsets
- Must have an assertive "hunter" mindsetÂ
- Adept in writing candidate summaries and profile submissions
- Proven client facing experience, demonstrating sociabilityÂ
- Proven experience with sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidatesÂ
- Ambition to build strong relationships and work with a team toward successfully filling rolesÂ
