Johnson Service Group is looking for a Full Desk Recruiter to join our growing team! You will be responsible for developing relationships with candidates and clients. Â Â
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, strong communication skills, and a keen ability to identify and match top talent with client needs.
JSG’s Full Desk Recruiters are compensated with base, plus uncapped commission!

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, strong communication skills, and a keen ability to identify and match top talent with client needs.
JSG’s Full Desk Recruiters are compensated with base, plus uncapped commission!
Full Desk Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their staffing needs and present tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate terms of service agreements with clients.
- Recruiting candidates using a wealth of resources (LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Bullhorn, etc.)Â
- Discovering, qualifying, and establishing relationships with candidatesÂ
- Clearly communicating job responsibilities, company culture and operations, and community to candidatesÂ
- Scheduling interviews and liaising between the candidate and clientÂ
- Consistently updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to reflect current candidate and client information and activity records
- A University Degree combined with experience working in an agency fast-paced environment
- 5+Â years staffing experience, must be proficient with recruiting IT skillsets and/or selling to IT clientsÂ
- Must have an assertive "hunter" mindsetÂ
- Adept in writing candidate summaries and profile submissions
- Proven client facing experience, demonstrating sociabilityÂ
- Proven experience with sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidatesÂ
- Ambition to build strong relationships and work with a team toward successfully filling rolesÂ
